Services & Fees

Occupational Therapy

  • 60 minutes virtual session | $150

  • 60 minutes in person session | $165

    • Mileage charges for locations that are >10km from the therapist’s home destination, $0.80/km

    • Location can vary from a clinic setting to a nature spot

Body Doubling Sessions for ADHD

  • Virtual session hosted by an OTA | $35/hour

  • Based on the principle of mirroring, it can help you stay focussed, improve your mood and boost motivation

  • For current clients who are seeing an OT or Social Worker, this session can be an add-on to your treatment and submitted to your extended health benefits provider

Ergonomic Assessment & Report | $395

  • Includes 60 minutes on-site with client at their workstation

  • Travel to worksite or home in Greater Toronto Area (Hwy 427 to Hwy 401 to Lake Ontario to Kingston Road - mileage beyond this at $0.80/km)

  • Immediate changes and interim accommodations to current workstation

  • Ergonomic Assessment Report outlining changes made to current set up and outstanding recommendations provided to referrer

  • Product recommendations will be linked

  • 1 follow-up email with the client to review changes

Additional Fees

  • Report Writing | $150/hour (Gradual Return to Work Plans, Functional Updates for Insurers, Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment Findings, etc.)

  • Provision of Medical Notes to insurance or legal team | $75/request

Fee Determination

Professional fees are set in accordance with the recommended fee range for occupational therapists and social workers in private practice, established by the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists and the The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Services are HST exempt under Canada Revenue Legislation. Davis Occupational Therapy does not provide services through MVA benefits, i.e. OCF18. All services are cash based, fee for service.

Payment Terms

Payment are processed each Monday by our CFO. The credit card on file will be charged unless you indicate you would like to pay be E-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep the appointment you have reserved, please call with more than 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate of the service booked.
