Our Team

Regan Chau-Stacey, OT Reg. (Ont.)

I am a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with over four years of experience at Davis Occupational Therapy, where I lead nature-based therapy groups and provide one-on-one sessions to support children and families in areas including self-regulation, sensory processing, and handwriting development. My goal is to create an inclusive environment that helps children achieve their goals while addressing their unique needs. I have experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, sensory and learning differences, and mental health challenges such as anxiety, all through a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach. I believe in empowering children by helping them develop meaningful skills and build self-compassion. I am also a certified Powerfully You Provider, offering a self-regulation curriculum designed by OTs to help children tune into their bodies, understand their emotions, and develop effective emotional regulation strategies. In addition to my work at Davis OT, I have a background in mental health and work as both an occupational therapist and psychotherapist, specializing in supporting youth with diverse mental health needs. When I’m not working with clients and families, I enjoy nature hikes with my dog, practicing yoga, and travelling.

I support clients ages 3-17, and can provide virtual parent coaching.
